He was professional, helpful, patient with my mother's 'story telling' and completed the installation to a very high standard. There was no mess left, he had taken care with other pieces of furniture in the room and had thought of the safety and practicalities of my mother operating the TV. He also put the 'Fox box' neatly above the TV and all cables were discreetly tied together.
